A few thousand years ago, people knew the rules and regulations for cultivating the land and growing agricultural crops. You can read about it in the surviving documents and books of that time. The first agronomists were people who started growing and domesticated wild plants. I met with our local agronomist Mamonov Sergey Nikolaevich. I learned through speaking with him that he is a graduate of Far Eastern Agrarian University. He received military training at the university and is a reserve lieutenant. Since childhood, he dreamed of becoming an agronomist and working with the land, and his dream came true. In 2008 he graduated from university and in the same year he entered absentee postgraduate studies, which he graduated in 2012. From 2008 to 2013 he worked at the SOI Institute. And already in 2013 he came to our Sergeevka, where he still works as an agronomist today.
