The two-day workshop on training at GuideCom offered all of this. We were able to welcome the training managers from our customers, TUI, Storck, Hansa Flex, Stadtwerke Erfurt, technotrans and Fresenius, among others. The two-day workshop on training at GuideCom offered all of this. We were able to welcome the training managers from our customers, TUI, Storck, Hansa Flex, Stadtwerke Erfurt, technotrans and Fresenius, among others. In exciting workshops and open space formats, the participants were able to exchange ideas on the subject of training.

When the participants stand at a table and drop colored stones on "1, 2, 3" in the middle, it is not a board game, but an innovative mix of workshop and think tank. With the Eigenland method, you throw these colorful stones, which, depending on the color, have a different message and evaluation. This allows you to evaluate an established thesis within a few seconds. The views and assessments of the participants were as colorful as the collection of stones. From ideas and incentives for trainees to changes in the traditional search for applicants, differences were discussed and commonalities highlighted.

In the context of small group workshops, our participants exchanged more in-depth information on some predefined conceptual approaches on the subject of training. Among other things, TUI's head of training, Ms. Glasses Krahn, gave an interesting keynote lecture on how Magellan can be best integrated into the training strategy. TUI has been supported by Magellan for a number of years, which is why Ms. Glasses Krahn can fall back on a wealth of experience. In addition, Mr. Jürgen Muthig, Head of Vocational Training at Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA, presented her approach to selecting and using a learning platform for apprentices.

The second day was themed “Future HR”. Which topics will be relevant for HR in the future and which are the most important trends? How important is a smart assistant for trainees and how can AI influence talent management in the future? After spending time together, GuideCom can look back on two successful days. The feedback from the participants confirms the positive impression. Ms. Glasses Krahn appreciates the opportunity to network with the other training managers during the workshop and to exchange ideas on current issues.

After two exciting and informative days, we would like to thank all participants again for the exciting discussions and look forward to future joint projects!
