    • Ventilate the room for 10-15 minutes and leave it.

Photoshop Becker guarantees first-time customers that its products are free from material, manufacturing and construction defects. The product must already have exhibited the fault that caused the damage at this point in time. Claims for compensation for consequential damage or from product liability exist only in accordance with the statutory provisions.

This guarantee applies to the period specified in the product description (if specified) from the date of purchase (date of invoice) by the first customer. The guarantee period is not extended due to the granting of services within the scope of this guarantee, especially not in the case of repairs or replacements. In these cases, the guarantee period does not start again.

The consumer can assert the rights from this guarantee against Photoshop Becker by giving written notification of errors within the guarantee period. The prerequisite is that the consumer reports the error within two weeks of having recognized it, or should have recognized it. It is the responsibility of the consumer to prove that the guarantee has not expired (e.g. by presenting proof of purchase).

Scope of the guarantee

Photoshop Becker is free to repair the product, replace it or reimburse the consumer for the purchase price. Bears the costs for spare parts and own labor costs incurred during the repair.
