What materials are used in injection molding

From raw material to suction cup

Various raw materials are used in the manufacture of our suction cups, suction plates and accessories. Since environmental protection is important to us, we also pay attention to the use of environmentally friendly raw materials in the production of our suction cups, some of which are FDA-listed and suitable for contact with food or for the manufacture of toys. If you would like a suction cup, a suction plate or another plastic part in a different material, please do not hesitate to contact us - alternative raw materials can be used for some products.

Soft PVC

We use soft PVC in the manufacture of our suction cups, suction plates and inhibitors. It is softened by phthalates - but DOP-free (DEHP-free). Alternatively, a Dinch plasticizer can be used on request, which is phthalate-free and approved for contact with food, for use in toys or even FDA-listed and drinking water VO-compliant.

Pc

We manufacture hooks, transparent knurled nuts and injection rings from PC. Bisphenol A-free (BPA) production is also possible on request.

SECTION

ABS is used in our light switches, but also as an alternative to the PC and can also be ordered in transparent.

PS

We manufacture our ceiling tiles and parking discs from PS.

PA

PA is used in our cover caps, injection rings and screws, ballpoint pen holders and the colored knurled nuts.

TPE

TPE is the environmentally friendly alternative to PVC - it is disposed of with household waste. This raw material is FDA-listed and phthalate-free.

TPU

TPU is another environmentally friendly alternative to PVC - as with TPE, it is disposed of with household waste. TPU is also FDA-listed and phthalate-free - but not available for all products.

Masterbatches

We use colored granulates to color our plastics - all RAL tones are possible.
