What is a good recipe for fresh artichokes

1.In the AntiPasti kitchen there are many beautiful recipes where artichokes are needed. Here are instructions on how to prepare fresh artichokes. ....... Alternatively, if necessary, you can use the inserted goods, I would not recommend it because the difference to fresh goods is out of proportion. The little effort is worth the effort !!!!!

2.Fill a suitable bowl with cold water and stir in 3 tablespoons of lemon juice.

3.We remove the stems from the artichokes up to the roots. Now we carefully break off the outer leaves and cut off almost a third of the leaf tips from the whole fruit. The "hay" is now visible in the middle of the fruit. Generously remove this hay with a small spoon.

4.Now rinse the fruit briefly under cold water so that all "hay hairs" are removed, quarter the fruit and immediately add to the zirconia water.

5.Heat some olive oil in a cast iron pan and fry the well drained artichoke quarters until golden brown, stirring frequently.

6.Then process as in the recipes or eat straight away, just eat with a little roasted Chiabatta, but first season a little with pepper and salt .......

7.It doesn't take a lot of effort and it goes very quickly, but the taste of a freshly prepared artichoke is worth it ..... buon appetite
